Payments & Refunds

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through Razorpay:

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and others)
Net banking
Popular wallets

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Mountain Trail Topicals does not store your card or bank details on our servers.

2. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable GST is included or added at checkout as configured by the business. Delivery charges, when applicable, are shown separately at checkout.

3. Payment Confirmation

Once payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation. If payment is debited but no confirmation is received within 30 minutes, please contact us at mttopicals@gmail.com with your transaction reference number.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of order placement.

Refunds are issued at our discretion in the following circumstances:

Order cancelled before preparation began (within the cancellation window)
Items unavailable after order was placed
Confirmed quality issues with delivered items, reported within 24 hours of receipt
Non-delivery due to factors within our control

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay. Typical timelines:

UPI: 1-3 business days
Card payments: 5-7 business days
Net banking / wallets: 3-5 business days

Refund timelines depend on your bank's processing speed and may occasionally take longer.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, no order is placed. Any amount debited from your account in such cases is auto-reversed by your bank — typically within 5-7 business days. Contact your bank if reversal is delayed.

7. Disputes

Payment-related disputes should be raised first with us at mttopicals@gmail.com. Razorpay disputes are subject to Razorpay's own dispute resolution process.
